Cenkner Engineering, Inc. (CEI) was retained by JDH
Development to prepare a boundary & ALTA survey
for the site. Additional services included site grading,
HOP Plan Preparation, Stormwater Management
Design and E&S Plan preparation. CEI was
responsible for the site survey, engineering and
design, preparing bid and construction documents,
and spot checks of the site during construction.
CEI prepared the final design and bid construction
documents. CEI provided assistance during the bid
phase and reviewed contractor quotes, RFIs and
provided construction stakeout services. Estimated
construction costs were less than $1 million.
Construction was completed within budget and
schedule.
